Juan P. Blanco

Juan P. Blanco, age 57 of The Colony, Texas passed away October 6, 2014 in Irving, Texas. He was born June 11, 1957 to Hilario Jimenez and Macaria (Rocha) Blanco, Sr. in Alamo, Texas. Juan was of the Baptist faith and loved attending different churches across the metroplex. He dearly loved spending time with his nieces and nephews. Juan enjoyed drawing and loved Curious George Books as well as the Bible.

Juan is survived by his sisters, Gabina Andrew of The Colony, Texas, Mary B. Vandergriff and husband Jim of Leonard, Texas, and Facunda B. Whitkanack and husband Kevin of Cleburne, Texas; brothers, Jacinto Blanco and wife Maria of McKinney, Texas, Hilario J. Blanco, Jr. of Fort Worth, Texas, and Larry Blanco of Wylie, Texas; along with several other loving nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilario and Macaria Blanco, Sr.; sister, Petra B. Reyes, and brother, Santiago Blanco.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 12:00 Noon at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
