On behalf of the Trimble Family, we would like to share the passing of our beloved Wife, Mother, Nana, and Great Grandmother, Joyce Trimble. Her passing was peaceful. We want to thank all of you for loving Joyce and making her life more beautiful. She will be dearly missed.
Joyce Marie Trimble of Frisco, Texas/Santa Fe, New Mexico passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 18, 2022 at the age of 80. She was born on October 27, 1941 to Stanley and Mary Rose Wierzba in Wyandotte, Michigan. Joyce married Gilbert Russell Trimble on April 29, 1961 in Wyandotte, Michigan. During her younger years she was a professional dancer and singer with her sisters called the Three J’s. They traveled and performed with many big bands. She was a dedicated homemaker and mother to three lovely daughters. She excelled in creating warm, loving homes for their many moves throughout the country before they settled in 1979 to Texas. She was adventurous and loved all their travels, especially time spent dancing and skiing.
Joyce is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Gilbert “Russ” Trimble of Frisco, Texas/ Santa Fe, New Mexico; daughter, Shawn M. Craig and husband, Jonathan of Dallas, Texas, Stacey A. Geipe and husband, Steve of Lucas, Texas and Heather L. DeAnna and husband, Robert of Sugar Grove, North Carolina; grandchildren, Stephanie, Steven, Stuart, Emily, Jacob, Joshua, Natalie, Florence, Samantha, and Seth; great-grandchildren, Loryn, Lillian, Stella, Sophie, Steven, Landon, Jackson and Spencer; brother, James Wierzba and a host of nephews, nieces, and other loving family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Mary (Silvani) Wierzba; two sisters, Janice Labadie and Judy Saenz.
The family will have a private mass for Joyce. A celebration of life will be later, due to COVID. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a contribution be made to the charity of your choice.
