Joyce Lois Grogan, age 83, of Frisco, Texas, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. She was born in San Francisco, California, on February 24, 1937, to Lena (Rosenberg) and Harold Schroder. Joyce obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from University of California Berkeley and enjoyed a successful career as a much-loved teacher. She married the love of her life, Daniel Grogan, in Sacramento on December 22, 1962, and they were blessed with two daughters. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.
Joyce is survived by her daughters, Tara Bland and Lisa Grogan, both of Frisco; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Bland and Ian Bland; her niece, Debbie Aukett; and her nephew, David Dunlap and his wife, Jennifer.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Grogan, and her sister, Jackie Dunlap.
