John Dubach, December 2, 2019 Dearest Barbara, Sorrow is only a short step of our personal loss of Joe. Joe and I have been friends since 1986. We worked together for nine years and we had a lot of fun. I have so many stories of the fun we have had. Joe was a blessed man because he had two wonderful ladies in his life: Janice and Barbara. Joe kept them both on a pedestal. His love for each was full and unconditional. His life was full and private. I was fortunate that I had the blessing of being able to see both sides. Personally, I don’t think that he let too many close enough to see both sides. I treasured our friendship and I valued his loyalty. I will miss him dearly because I loved him and I will miss his counsel. John Dubach, December 2, 2019
