Johnnie Randell "Randy" Keyes

July 5, 1943 - August 2, 2019

Johnnie Randell (Randy) Keyes passed away on August 2, 2019, at the William P. Clements, Jr. University Hospital as a result of congestive heart failure.  He was born and raised in Wright City, Oklahoma.  Randy graduated from Wright City High School.  He had a love for learning and took many technical and college courses during his lifetime.  After high school, Randy served in the U.S. Navy from June 1965 until December 1967.  He served on a ship that took troops to Vietnam and brought back wounded servicemen to the States. Randy was a loving and committed family man. 

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Watson Keyes; his son, Johnnie Keyes and wife, Jennifer; his stepson, Will Henderson and wife, Rebekah; his stepdaughter, Lara and husband, Mike Nolen; his grandchildren, Justin Cheshire, Christian Lenz, Ashley Nolen, Nicholas Nolen, Connor Henderson, Claire Henderson, and Jason Keyes; his in-laws, Danny and Dianne Watson; his sister-in-law, Linda Parker; and many loving nieces & nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 18, 2019 at First United Methodist Church in Allen, Texas.
