Mr. Johney Mack Evans, age 47 of McKinney, Texas passed away Saturday, March 31, 2007 in McKinney. He was born June 7, 1960 to Johney and Rebecca (Carlton) Evans, Sr. Mr. Evans worked in communications as an electronics technician. He is survived by his mother, Rebecca Evans of Atlanta, Georgia; sister, Joni Shepherd and her husband Cliff of Marietta, Georgia; uncles, Gene Carlton and his wife Ann of Plano, Texas, Bucky Carlton and his wife Millie of Birmingham, Alabama, James Carlton and his wife Joyce of Port Aransas, Texas; aunts, Helen Peacock of Moultrie, Georgia, Edith Murphy and her husband Russell of Moultrie, Georgia and, Mary Diver of Mt. Airy, Maryland; and numerous other loving family and friends. Preceding him in death was his father, Johney Evans, Sr. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held 2:30 Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, Texas with Dr. Mark Forrest officiating.
