John Francis O’Brien, age 48, of McKinney, Texas passed away February 28, 2007 in McKinney. He was born on December 11, 1958, in Seattle, WA, to William R. and Shirley M. (Willis) O’Brien, Sr. On June 17, 1989 he married Jenifer Lancaster in Garland, Texas. John was a consultant and of the Methodist faith. He is survived by his wife Jenifer; children Melanie Regan O’Brien and Taryn Shirley O’Brien; father William R. O’Brien, Sr.; in-law Darrell Lancaster and his wife Margaret of Garland, TX; brothers Tim O’Brien and his wife Renee of Seattle, WA, William R. O’Brien, Jr. of San Jose, CA, and Joseph P. O’Brien of Seattle, WA; sister Kathy Amos of Seattle, WA; and many nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. Preceding him in death were his mother; and sister Eileen O’Brien. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, March 4, 2007 at Stonebridge United Methodist Church in McKinney with Rev. Clay Womack and Rev. Terri Swan officiating.
