John Edward Cardile, 64, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2026, in McKinney, Texas. He was born on November 26, 1961, in Groton, Massachusetts, to his loving parents, Thomas Cardile and Ann (DeVincentis) Cardile.
John attended Jesuit High School in Dallas and pursued some college coursework. He built a successful career as a top salesperson in the telecommunications industry before settling in McKinney, Texas. There, he founded Rocky Maximus Tree Service, where he became known for his strong work ethic, dedication, and the pride he took in serving his customers and community.
A man of deep faith, John was a devoted parishioner of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in McKinney, where his faith played an important role in his daily life.
John also had a passion for history and sports and was an avid fan of the Miami Hurricanes. He also enjoyed trying his luck with Pick 3 numbers and scratch-off tickets, always believing the next one might be the big win.
He is survived by his mother, Ann Cardile of McKinney, Texas; his brothers, David Cardile of Bonham, Texas, Dr. Timothy Cardile of Sulphur Springs, Texas, and Jeff Cardile (Genevieve) of McKinney, Texas; his nephews, Dylan Cardile and Thomas Cardile; his cousin, Laura DeVincentis; and many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly and forever cherish his memory.
John was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Cardile.
He will be remembered for his hard work, his faith, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew and loved him.
