Johanna Wollmann

Johanna Wollmann, age 80, of Plano, Texas, passed away on July 25, 2021. She was born on May 29, 1941, in Bad Tölz, Germany, to Georg and Anna (Schmalhofer) Wimmer. Johanna was the definition of a devoted and loving grandmother who genuinely put everyone she loved before herself in every way. Much of her life proved to be tough, but every time Johanna proved that she was tougher. She was a passionate Elvis fan, friend to every animal, a highly skilled bowler, and loved making a home feel like a home. Johanna was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Wimmer and wife, J’Nell of Plano, Texas and Richard Wollmann of The Colony, Texas; grandchildren, Logan Wimmer and partner, Kristen Keiser, Jacob Atchison and wife, Christine, Miles Wimmer, Zachary Wollmann and wife, Victoria, Hayden Wollmann, and Madison Wimmer; great-grandchildren, Lily Wollmann, Avery Kelley, Seguin Wollmann, and another little-one on the way.

Johanna was preceded in death by her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 3:00 p.m., on Friday, July 30, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Plano, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas.

The family will receive friends during a visitation on Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
