I only knew Joe for a short time, but he made a difference in my life and I will miss him. We had the opportunity to work together a few times when he traveled to Colorado. He was such a caring and sincere person and would do anything for you. Even though we only knew each other for a short time, it seemed like we were old friends. He was very passionate about his work and had a special way of communicating with people. Rest in peace buddy. My warmest regards, and I'm so sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Chris Stevens Chris Stevens, November 24, 2020 I always enjoyed working with Joe. I learned a lot from him and we always had a great time working together. I was truly looking forward to the opportunity to work with him. I am praying for you all in these difficult times. Love, Bill Gilmore 1 Peter 1:3-9 Bill Gilmore, November 23, 2020 Joe You will be missed. We love you !!! Scott & Michelle Pyterek, November 23, 2020 Alvarez Family - I am not sure the words I will use to convey how amazing Joe is and the impact he has had on me as a human being will ever bring peace, yet it is important that he is remembered for the amazing man he is and will forever continue to be in my memories. I will remember him for his humility, laughter, and brilliance that he brought to every interaction. He may have been the smartest person in the room, correction, often was, yet you would never know it. He treated me with respect, curious to understand me as a person, and then walked alongside me to coach and help me help our customers. His kindness and willingness to always see the best in people, when it may have not to be deserved is something that I will carry with me forever and where he has impacted me the most. Joe will be missed, as the days go on it will get a little bit easier, however, he will never be forgotten. May the Lord Bless you and your family as you grieve. Look to Him for comfort, knowing that Joe is sitting right alongside The Almighty God and King of Kings. Jeremy Orban BASF Region 9
Jeremy Orban, November 23, 2020 I would like to send my condolences to the family. Joe will be missed my so many people as he left a lasting impression everywhere he went. I met him about 25 years ago when he was painting at a shop I called on and he was always so nice and humble despite being one of the best if not the best painter I had ever met. Then he joined our English Color family and was always so willing to help with anything he could. A finer man you will not find. May he Rest In Peace.

I'll be praying for you and your family Michelle Barrera, November 22, 2020 Joe came to our shop and helped us with new products as well as assisted when our painters both had to be away at the same time due to emergencies. He was a truly talented man and a gentleman. Joe was the kind of man that I am honored to have shared an industry with. Our prayers go out to Joe’s family and friends. We pray for God to comfort them. In the way that only he can.

Carlos guilbeau, November 20, 2020 Joe was a good friend and business associate, our Family prayers go out to his beautiful Family and pray for their comfort and peace. George and Andrea Herron George Herron, November 20, 2020 The English Color family will forever be without a piece of our heart. Joe will be missed by so many people in our industry, but not necessarily because of our industry. Joe formed lasting relationships with many of us over the years. He was a shoulder for me to lean on when Jim was hurt in Albuquerque last year and was in the hospital for weeks. Joe happened to be in town too and stayed the night at Jim's side so I could go get some sleep and shower one night. Jim's hands had to be restrained and he didn't understand why, so Joe played thumb wars with him to keep his mind off of everything else. Bless his heart, too! I thought Jim was going to break poor Joe's thumb! When he would travel to Lubbock, we would have him over and cook dinner for him instead of going out. He always enjoyed the homecooked meal and said he didn't get that kind of treatment in any other region! :) The Rimbey's will be forever proud to have known and loved Joe like a brother. May he rest in the arms of the Lord. Tonya Rimbey, November 20, 2020 With deepest sympathy on the loss of your son Joe Martin. May God hold you and your family at this painful moment and give you comfort. You are in my prayers. Christine Logsdon, November 19, 2020
