Joe “Mac” McGrew Sudderth, 30, passed away on February 16, 2026, in Bonham, Texas. He was born to Brian Sudderth and Dawn McGrew Sudderth on January 31, 1996, in Greenville, Texas. Joe Mac graduated from Leonard High School. He was a member of the First Methodist Church in Leonard, Texas.
Joe Mac will be remembered by his mother, Dawn McGrew Sudderth of Trenton, Texas; father, Brian Sudderth and wife, Rose, of Trenton, Texas; siblings, Devon Lipsey and husband, Brody, of Gilmer, Texas, David Sudderth and wife, Windy, of Leonard, Texas, Jade Payne and husband, Marshall, of Leonard, Texas, and Amanda Villegas and husband, Javi, of Greenville, Texas; nieces and nephews, Averie, Case, Easton, Emory, Poppy, Junior, Sophia, Liam, and Milo; grandfather, Joe T. Sudderth; grandmother, Lois McGrew; and many other family members who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Luisa Sudderth, and grandfather, David McGrew.
The family will greet guests at a visitation from 1-3PM, Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the First Methodist Church, 206 N Main Street, Leonard, Texas 75452. The funeral service will start at 3PM on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Joe Mac’s fund at the First United Bank, Leonard Branch. The donations received will be used to support children in the community play youth sports.
