Jo Anne (Campbell) Bradley, a resident of Princeton, Texas, passed away February 11, 2026 at the age of 78. She was born on November 12, 1947, to her loving parents, Otis Ray Campbell and Ilar Mae (Langley) Campbell in Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from Princeton High School and went on to build a life centered around faith, family, and community. On November 17, 1967, she married the love of her life, James L. Bradley, in Durant, Oklahoma, beginning a marriage filled with devotion and partnership. They planted their roots in Princeton, Texas and raised their children there.
Jo Anne was a faithful member of First Baptist Church Princeton and later joined First McKinney Baptist Church, where her church family meant so much to her. Her faith was the foundation of her life, and she read her Bible every single day.
For 24 years, she dedicated herself to serving the community through her work with Collin County as the County Court Mental Health Coordinator. Once retired from Collin County, she worked for Honda Cars of McKinney for many years, forming many lasting friendships along the way throughout her career.
Jo Anne loved true crime stories and especially loved shopping — she rarely came home with fewer than ten things in hand. Nothing, however, brought her more joy than her grandchildren, who were truly the center of her world. She was actively involved in their lives at church, school events, and everywhere in between.
Her beloved Maltese, Macee, also held a special place in her heart. Macee got a treat for everything and was as cherished as any member of the family.
Her life was a beautiful reflection of faith, love, laughter, and devotion to those she held dear.
Jo Anne is survived by her children, Leisa Bradley of Princeton, Texas, Randy Bradley and wife Shannon of Allen, Texas, and Susie Benda and husband Jeff of Edmond, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Colton Carty, Caleb Copin, Jacob Kerns, Alex Benda, Justin Bradley, and Aaron Bradley; great grandchildren, Cadence Carty, and Evan Carty; brother, Kenny Campbell and wife Linda of Princeton, Texas, sister-in-law Marlene Campbell of Princeton, Texas; niece, Donna Campbell; nephews, Mike Campbell, Doug Campbell, Brad Campbell, Donnie Campbell, Danny Campbell; and a host of extended family members and friends, who will miss her and cherish her memory.
Jo Anne was preceded in death by her parents Otis and Ilar Campbell, beloved husband, James L. Bradley, and brother, Harrell Campbell.
