Jerry DeVincentis, age 64, of Fairview, Texas passed away April 28, 2008. He was born June 5, 1943 in Rochester, New York to Ralph P. and Frances (DeRose) DeVincentis. On September 19, 1964 he married Rebecca Gallippo in Somerset Township, Michigan. Gerald was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen, Texas. He was in sales and marketing for 35 years where he was highly respected and admired. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca of Fairview, Texas; daughters, Laura DeVincentis Plano, Texas, Lisa Sampson and husband, Greg of Cumming, Georgia, Teressa Sutter and husband, Chris of Cartersville, Georgia; sister, Ann Cardile of McKinney, Texas; grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Austin, Preston and Clair Sampson, Hailey, Emmie and Joshua Sutter; nieces and nephews, David, John, Tim and Jeff Cardile, Jason and Kip Mammano, Patrick and Sharon Gallippo, Dale and Dana Lennon. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Frances DeVincentis. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 1, 2008 at St. Jude Catholic Church, Allen, Texas with Father Tim Church officiating.
