Graveside services for Jean Wallace Skinner, 72 year old Trenton resident, are scheduled for 3:30 p.m., Tuesday April 13, 2010, at the West Shady Grove Cemetery located on Hwy 121, 1 mile east of 160. There will be no family visitation. Mrs. Skinner was born August 27, 1937, at Nobility, Texas. Her parents were Granville and Ocie McCarty Wallace. She attended school at Trenton ISD. She married Aubrey Mack Skinner September 17, 1955, at Blue Ridge, Texas. She was a homemaker who loved cooking for her family. She was a devoted mother to her three boys. She enjoyed sewing, especially quilts. She loved to watch her great grandchildren play video games. She passed away Sunday April 11, 2010, at the Wilson N. Jones Medical Center at Sherman. She is survived by her sons: Larry Joe Skinner of Trenton and Gary Steven Skinner of New Braunsfels; her sister: Janet Moats of Trenton; her brother: Richard Wallace of Saginaw; her five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Aubrey Mack Skinner, she was preceded in death by her oldest son, David Mack Skinner. The family appreciates your continued prayers and support.
