To know Janetta was to love her. She was fearless, tough, deeply loving, and kind, and she moved through life with strength and unwavering devotion to her family. She expressed her love in the ways she knew best: through cooking, sewing quilts, caring for her family, and giving generously to those she loved. One of Janetta’s greatest joys was gardening. She took great pride in growing her garden and had the greenest thumb of all. Her mind was filled with skills and creativity, and there was never a moment when she was not making, creating, or learning something new. One thing that never faltered was her devotion to her family; she was almost always doing something for the people she loved. There was not a day that went by that her family did not know how deeply they were loved by her. Having Janetta in their lives was the greatest treasure, and the memories she created will remain deeply embedded in their hearts.
