Dearest Larry and family; We are so very very sorry for the news of our dearest sweet sister in Christ, Jan's passing. We didn't know until today when we received the letter. Words can't express how deeply saddened we are. She'll surely be missed. We'll keep lifting all of you in our prayers and for God's peace and comfort. Once again our deepest condolences. The Wamala family.
Agnes Wamala, February 20, 2020 Dear Larry and family: This news comes as a big shock to us. Jan was a wonderful lady and friend who had a strong faith in God and not only gladly talked about it but demonstrated it in her daily walk. May you be reassured that she is in heaven where there is no sickness and death. We would have gone to the visitation and memorial service but I had to start a new job in Redmond, Washington at the time. May you cherish her memory as you mourn her loss. God be with you in this challenging time and our thoughts and prayers are with you. Gerry and Hettie Van Mansum , January 3, 2020 Dearest Larry & Family, Mario and I express our deepest condolences for the loss of Jan. Our hearts go out to you during this time. I remember many stories in which you and your family found ways to come together and enjoy being with Jan through her struggles. May you and your family cherish and keep all the good memories. Sabrina and Mario Martinez Sabrina Martinez, December 21, 2019 Thoughts and Prayers for your family. Ashley Thron , December 20, 2019 Dear Larry, I am so sorry for your loss. My heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. May her soul rest in peace. Pearl & Poras Balsara, December 20, 2019 Dearest Larry, Katie, Nelson, Megan and Marcus...What an extraordinary loss. What an amazing person. Of all of the things that could be said about Jan (and there are SO many things that can be said), the most exceptional quality of Jan is her faith. Despite her enormous challenges, her faith has always been so solid. She truly is an example to us all. Prayers in abundance. Love in abundance. Marie Fischer, December 20, 2019 I only knew Jan from a rather - too - short meeting at Orleans in France, but I immediately understood Larry's devotion to her. Jan was a great person. I even don't know how to condolate properly in German since it's so difficult to understand, share are ease the sorrow and the loss, but I'm sure that all friends and family will try. God bless you.

Sending you prayers from Australia and wishing we could be there to grieve with you. Love, the Terrells John and Katie Terrell, December 17, 2019 Larry and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Lorrie Filson, December 17, 2019 I am so very sorry for your great loss. It was an honor to call Jan my friend. Her husband honored her at the gates and her children called her blessed. When you looked at Jan, she reflected Christ.
Jane Moore, December 17, 2019 I'm going to say the same thing everyone else will say that is around my age and attended Bethel Church. Jan was a second mother to me. I can't count how many sleep-overs I've had at Nelson's house. Never tell my mother, but Jan was the better cook (Sorry, Mom!). You know the expression "it takes a village"? Well, Jan was a big player in that village that helped raise me. It will never feel the same with her gone. It is a truly bitter sweet moment. We have lost one of our own, but she is walking in the kingdom of Heaven at this very moment that you are reading this. Praise the Lord! Michael Kramm, December 17, 2019 I am very sorry for your loss. Love and light to you all. Samantha Barkley, December 17, 2019 Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Carolyn, Cal, and Kathy Struck , December 17, 2019 Dear Larry and family, Jan recently responded to one of my texts asking how she was doing. Her response? "The hospice company is floored by the support I receive! I tell them I am being loved into heaven!" What an inspiration she was and will continue to be because the Lord has embedded her words and her testimony into the hearts of so many who knew and loved her- words of hope and encouragement. While Karen and I grieve with you because we will miss her, we can truly echo her words, "Until next time..." when we will see her again before the throne of God!
