Jan, I will always remember how you welcomed me when I first arrived at Curtner School to teach third grade in 1975. I will always remember your generous heart and concern for your students, and how much you enjoyed teaching. You were a good friend, and you will be missed by many people. Rest in peace. Love, Althea... Althea B. Carter, June 18, 2008 Ms. Bartholomew was my 1st and 2nd grade teacher. My family also frequented the pizza parlor where she worked part time. She was a great teacher and a heck of a lady. I'm sorry to hear of her passing and send her family my sincerest condolences. Kimberley Hagen, June 7, 2008 We were all deeply saddened to hear the news. Our heartfelt sorrow is with all of you at this difficult time. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
