James Garcia Gonzales of Blueridge, Texas passed away on September 16, 2021 at the age of 53. He was born on June 1, 1968 to James Ayala and Rachel (Garcia) Gonzales in McKinney, Texas. James graduated from McKinney High School in 1989. He worked for Brandon Industries as a installer of mailboxes. James enjoyed movies, wrestling, family, NASCAR, and football.
He is survived by his wife, Samantha Gonzales of Blueridge, Texas; second dad, Thomas Stroud of Jefferson, Texas; daughters, Jessica Baker and husband Montana of Blueridge, Texas, Nicole Gonzales and husband Daniel Berkel of Naples, Florida, Erica Ochoa of Blueridge, Texas, and Patricia Avala of Blueridge, Texas; sons, Jimmy Harris of Texas, James Taylor Gonzales of Kentucky, Hunter Gonzales and wife, Karoline of Naples, Florida, Johnathan Ochoa of Blueridge, Texas, and Brandon Iverson of Fort Myers, Florida; grandchildren, Serenity, Hayden, Noah, Lincoln, Leilani, Hana, Abel, Waylon, Ashlynn, Maddox; brothers, Joey Gonzales, Bobby Gonzales, Ruben Gonzales, Boaz Gonzales, and Morris Gonzales; sisters, Lesvia Gilmore and Gina Gonzales; and numerous other loving family and friends.
James was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Emma Jaidan; and brother, Jason Gonzales.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Tuesday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
