Jim was a fine, caring, good man! I knew him from Blue Ridge where I was a friend and classmate to his son, David. I drove up on his son’s wreck and called my dad and he went to Jim’s place of employment to wait for him and tell him the news. Nine days later he and Ann were by my family’s side consoling us when we lost my sister in a fatal car accident; 1972 was not good for all of us. We all went to FIrst Baptist Church in Blue Ridge together until the Borens moved to McKinney. Our sincere sympathy to the family left behind and may you find peace and comfort knowing Jim, Ann and David are together again with our Heavenly Father. Carol Goff Jones and Family, February 3, 2020 He is and will be missed. He was not only my resident he was my friend rest in peace you were loved.
Carla rreynolds, February 2, 2020 You will be missed. I will miss taking care of you at the nursing home. Rest easy. Kim McGuffin, February 2, 2020 I’ve known Jim for a long while, we went to the same church, same school, graduated same year. Jim was a great guy, his sister in law Pat Boren and her family was there for him. God bless his family.
