Mr. James Anthony “Tony” Foster, age 63, of Anna, Texas passed away July 17, 2010, at his home. He was born April 16, 1947, in Indianapolis, Indiana to John Paul and Ruth VaLetta (Sparrow) Foster. On March 19, 1993, he married Cheryl Williams in Fort Worth, Texas. Tony is survived by his wife, Cheryl; children, Marni Foster-Drew and husband, Scot of McKinney, Texas, Scott Duerr and fiancée Amie Williams of Allen, Texas, Greg Duerr and wife, Wendy of Allen, and Lisa Scalf of Austin, Texas; grandchildren, Foster Drew of McKinney, and Ashleigh Duerr of Hurst, Texas; and a host of other loving relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, VaLetta and John Foster. A memorial graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 23, 2010, at Ridgeview Memorial Park with Dr. Chuck Vance officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors.
