Jack Patrick Pelletier of Wylie, Texas passed away November 21, 2020 at the age of 71. He was born on November 12, 1949 to Russell and Caroline Pelletier in San Francisco, California. Jack served his community in the Bay Area as a police officer for 35 years and had a decorated and distinguished career. Throughout his career, Jack held the rank of Detective, Field Training Officer and was a mentor to all of his fellow officers.
His beloved spouse, Laura preceded Jack in his passing. The day of Jack’s passing would have made 50 years of marriage for the two. Known as generous and his willingness to help others, it was frequently said “Jack would do anything for others in need”.
He is survived by his daughter, Sabrina Fuentes and son-in-law, Ed Fuentes; and was preceded in death by his son, Sean Pelletier. Jack is survived by his five grandchildren, Dane Fuentes, Meg Fuentes, Stephen Pelletier, Riley Pelletier, and Oliver Pelletier. He has one remaining sibling, Patricia Banks and many beloved in-laws, nieces, and nephews whom Jack loved dearly.
Two separate celebrations of life will be held with family and friends in Roy, Utah and Brentwood, California on a later date.
