Iniya Thangamani of Frisco, Texas passed away July 23, 2018 at the age of two. She was born June 10, 2016 to Thangamani Murugasamy and Gandhimani Subramaniam.
Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Iniya had touched in some small way throughout her short, yet very memorable life.
With a smile fresher than the first ray of sun-shine, she brought happiness & warmth in everyone around her. She was a tough fighter & always won against the most challenging odds – except when God wanted her by His side & she obliged!
She loved playing with her brother & looked out for him, often reversing the roles.
She was so supportive of her brother that she joins “timeout/sit-ups” with him.
Every day before she sleeps, she made sure that she wishes everyone “Good night” - sometimes this meant waking up her brother from middle of sleep.
Soccer was her much-loved sport and she was a champion!
Her favourite TV show was “Kate & Mim-Mim”. She enjoyed music & loved to singalong.
She also liked to dance with her brother to Tamil songs.
Iniya’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives.
She gave us all the courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life.
Iniya is survived by her parents and brother, Aadhav Thangamani
A service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. The family ask that no black attire be worn.
