Imogene Bell, age 74, of Dallas, Texas passed away April 28, 2014 in McKinney, Texas. She was born April 17, 1940 to Cleo and Clydies (Wilson) Mosley in Wills Point, Texas. Imogene was a member of First Baptist Church of McKinney, Texas. She loved gardening and had a passion for her work as a nurse. Imogene loved western movies, cooking shows, playing cards and dominoes. She loved her family and her home was always open to anyone.
Imogene is survived by her daughter, Rowena Allen of Fort Worth, Texas; two brothers, Ervin Willis Mosley and wife Karen Mosley of Farmersville, Texas and Rev. Roger Mosley of Richardson, Texas; five sisters, Annie Pearl Vaughn of Houston, Texas, Claudette Allen of McKinney, Texas, Mary H. Mosley of McKinney, Texas, Laverne Greer and husband John of McKinney, Texas, and Gwendolyn Bess of Tulsa, Oklahoma; three granddaughters, Shameshia Jackson of Dallas, Texas, Nakeyssia Allen of Dallas, Texas and Aisha Nobles of McKinney, Texas; grandson, Debryce Allen and wife Margo of McKinney, Texas; five great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleo and Clydies Mosley; brother, Clewood Mosley.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation being held Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
