Ida Delois Adams

Mrs. Ida Delois Adams, age 74 of Richardson, TX and formerly of Joliet, IL, passed away September 7, 2004. She was born on April 5, 1930 in Flint, Michigan to James Emery and Clara Mae (Husketh) Pillow. She married Ernest Melvin Adams on October 7, 1949 in Otisville, Michigan. Mrs. Adams was of the Episcopal faith. She was a member of Marguerite Chapter 187 OES. She is survived by her son, James Adams of Garland, TX; daughters, Linda Erickson of Dallas, TX and Cyndi Adams Campbell of Richardson; grandchildren, Jeannine Erickson of Dallas, Anthony Erickson of Irving, TX, Shavon Erickson of Garland, TX, Jacque Adams of Tucson, AZ, and Julie Adams of Lockport, IL; 3 great-grandchildren; and sister, Doris Thompson of Clio, Michigan. Her parents and her husband, Ernest Melvin Adams, precede her in death. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 10, 2004 at Turrentine-Jackson-Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday evening at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.

we will always remember mrs adams as she always made us laugh and she was so sweet to us she could bring a smile to your face every time. we will miss her as she starts her new jorney to heaven for she is in the lords hands now and he will guide her to where she needs to be.lord just take her by the hand and guide her to a safe place and let her be in peace lord. amen letha maureen tompkins, September 9, 2004
