Horace “Bee” Edward Rhoden, III of Trenton, Texas passed away on April 4, 2021 at the age of 61. He was born on June 22, 1959 to Horace Edward and Mary Janet (Miller) Rhoden, Jr. in St. Louis, Missouri. Bee grew up in Southern California and moved to North Texas where he spent the last 40+ years working in the construction field. Most recently he owned and operated Commercial Door and Frame and Commercial Drywall with his business partner, Colin Cate. Bee married his loving wife, Nanette Mae Snipes on December 25, 2017. Some of his passions included pouring into his homestead, the Lazy Bee, hosting friends and family, and spending time with his grandkids.
He is survived by his wife, Nanette Rhoden of Trenton, Texas; children, Tim Rhoden and wife, Lindsey of Sachse, Texas; grandchildren, Dexter Rhoden, Lilah Rhoden, and Oliver Rhoden; parents, Horace Rhoden Jr. and wife, Janet of San Juan Capistrano, California; sisters, Romilee Chain and Christol Scheiffelbein and husband, Mark; several nephews; and numerous other loving family and friends.
He was a hard worker, great friend, and beloved husband, father, and Beepaw.
A celebration of life, in honor of Bee Rhoden, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 528 CR 4660, Trenton, Texas 75490. This will be an outdoor event with food, music, and friends, in true Bee Rhoden fashion.
