Henry Thomas (Hank) Koenig was born in Ottawa, Illinois April 28, 1931 to Henry G. and Marguerite Reilley Koenig. He went to his maker July 5, 2009. He is survived by his wife Ann, his sister Karen Dixon, daughters Lorna M. Koenig, Caren Crook and sons Henry T. Koenig, Jr. and wife Pam, Gordon Crook and wife Leanne. He enjoyed seven wonderful grandchildren. Hank played football at Knox College, Galesburg, IL until knee injuries and completed his education at Northwestern, Chicago. He was a successful sales representative for Cargill and later Honeywell, Southwest Controls and Industrial Sensor and Controls. He enjoyed flying, water skiing, deep sea fishing, tennis, family and friends. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2009, 10:30 A.M. at First United Methodist Church, McKinney, TX with Dr. Jim Palmer officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to First United Methodist Church, McKinney.
