Helen Ray Wiatrowski of Garland, Texas passed away on October 19, 2021 at the age of 87. She was born on October 30, 1933 to Carl and Janice (Ray) Pittman in Hunt County, Texas. Helen married Fred Wiatrowski on February 20, 1966 in Dallas, Texas. She was a longtime member of Lakeside Baptist Church Dallas. Helen attended Decatur Baptist, now known as Dallas Baptist University. She worked for Valspar as a sales representative for over 40 years.
She is survived by her sisters, Carla Pittman and fiancé, Harold Mills of Plano, Texas and Anne McMillan of Waco, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Janice Pittman; and her husband, Fred Wiatrowski.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013. The family will receive friends for a visitation prior to the service.
Following the service, a procession will make its way to Ridgeview Memorial Park for a committal service.
