Laura & Family, I met Mrs. Bates when she would visit you at work. I gave her some lace that had belonged to my grandmother. She made me several lace angels and I still hang them on my tree each year. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. They will be forever missed but their memory lives on and their Legacy....I mean just read above: 6 children, 19 Grandchildren (most of which I know and grew up with)and 46 Great Grandchildren & let's round that off with 4 Great Great Grandchildren...WOW! Remarkable!I have always believed that a person isn't rich by how many possessions or how much money they have, but how many family, friends and loved ones they have...In this case, Helen's net worth...PRICELESS! The Morrison Family sends our thoughts and prayers out to the Entire Bates family Johnny Morrison, November 24, 2013 My thoughts and prayers are with the Bates family. So hard to bear sometimes, but it's God's will...she is fine. Dorothy June Lorance Gibson, November 24, 2013 Mamaw you are gone, but will never be forgotten. You were an exceptional woman, and I only hope I can be just half the woman you were. You did so much for me in my life and I cherish all the memories I have of you and Papaw. I know how happy you are to be back with him, and everyone else that has gone before you. I love you and I take great comfort that I now have two beautiful Angels watching over their family.
