My most sincere condolences to the family of my former MEOC colleague. May God surround you with comfort, strength and courage during this very difficult time. Hector was a very funny colleague and fellow diabetic. We would often share stories and medical situations with one another. May God Bless you all. Yveline Legagneur, June 10, 2019 No words can explain how much you mean to our family. Though we are not that expressive just like others, God knows how thankful we are to have you in our life. I know i've been a disappointment, but you never let me feel that way, instead you still give me words of encouragement to uplift me. You are still proud of me. Thanks for everything. Thank you for showing me how it is to have a dad. All the understanding and concern only a dad can give. You will always be remembered and loved.
