Harold G. Bagwill

February 24, 1936 - January 24, 2021

Harold G. Bagwill, age 84, passed away peacefully with his wife and children by his side January 24, 2021. Harold was born February 24, 1936 in Blue Ridge, TX to Norine and Elmer Bagwill. He married Joyce Patterson April 7, 1956. 

 

Harold retired from Collin County Public Works in November 1999. He had a passion for hunting and fishing. He loved to spend time with his family and always had a joke to tell. Lots of people looked up to him as a role model.

 

Harold is survived by his wife Joyce Bagwill; daughter DeneseRamos and husband Mario of Farmersville; daughter Annette Ochoa and husband JR of Anna; son Glenn Bagwill and wife Samantha of Farmersville; daughter Tammy Migliazza and husband Mark of Sanger; daughter Penny Riddle and husband Rick of Trenton; brother Rev. James Williams and wife Tommie of Colorado City; plus 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a father figure to many.

 

Harold was preceded in death by his mother Norine; dad Elmer; brothers Robert, JL and Paul; sisters Pauline, Shirley and Geraldine.

Please join us in celebrating his homegoing Friday January 29, 2pm at First Baptist Church Blue Ridge at 316 TX-78, Blue Ridge, TX 75424. Visitation will be held at Hurst’s Fielder-Baker in Farmersville Thursday, January 28 from 6pm-8pm.
