Guadalupe Gomez, age 53, of McKinney, Texas, passed away December 2, 2010, in McKinney. Guadalupe was born December 12, 1956, in McKinney, Texas, to Genaro and Marie (Tijerina) Gomez. She was a member of Holy Family Episcopal Church in McKinney. She is survived by her father, Genaro Gomez; sons, Arturo Gomez, Roberto Martinez, and Jose Martinez, Jr., all of McKinney, Texas; daughters, Jessica Gomez, Juana Husband, Rosario Martinez, and Dionicia Martinez, all of McKinney, Texas; sister, Diana Flores of McKinney, Texas; brother, John Paul Gomez of Dallas, Texas; numerous grandkids; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Maria Eloisa Gomez. The family will receive friends during a visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday evening at the funeral home with a rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m.
