Grover Crim of Anna, Texas, passed away on March 25, 2026, at the age of 86. He was born in McKinney, Texas, and lived a life rich in experiences, laughter, and love. 

Grover proudly served his country in the United States Navy as an AG3 from 1962 to 1966. His military service reflected his deep sense of duty, discipline, and commitment to others. Following his time in the Navy, Grover built a dedicated career as a Senior Plant Operator at Texas Instruments, where he formed lasting friendships and was known for his kindness, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Grover is survived by his son, James Crim and wife, Rosa of Deming, New Mexico; daughter-in-law, Brandy Crim of Rice, Texas; grandson, David Crim, Jr.; granddaughters, Samantha Crim, Krista Barrientos and Devon Lloyd; great-granddaughter, Jocelyn Pena and Pressley Barrientos; great-grandsons, Robert Hethcox, Lucas Barientos, and Legend Crim; brothers, Jim Crim and Don Crim; and numerous other loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Frances Crim; sons, David Crim and Jeff Crim and granddaughter, Crystal Crim

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013. The service will be live streamed at the following link:  https://celebrationoflife.tv/blog/grover-crim. Following the service, a procession will make its way to Ridgeview Memorial Park for a committal service.

The family will receive friends during a visitation on Wednesday morning, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
