Gloria Jean Crane, age 73 of Allen, Texas, passed away on May 31, 2014 in Allen, Texas. She was born on September 28, 1940 in Jackson, OH to Jacob and Sarah (Darling) Coffman. Gloria was a resident of Carrollton from 1983 to 2003, and later moved to Allen, Texas in 2005. She was employed by the Waterford of Plano. She was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star and attended Suncreek United Methodist Church in Allen, Texas.
She is survived by her daughter, Brwyn Pniewski and husband Todd of Plano, Texas; son, Doug Crane and wife Heather of McKinney, Texas; four grandchildren, Mason, Sara, Scarlett, and Madeline; sister, Ann Wortman of Las Vegas, Nevada; along with other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Sarah Coffman.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation being held Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
