Glenda Mack, age 72, of Royse City, Texas, passed away August 2, 2010, in Rockwall, Texas. Glenda was born December 20, 1937, in Dallas, Texas, to O. T. and Alta Mae (Minchew) Green. She married Bitsy Mack on November 11, 1952, in McKinney, Texas. Glenda was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Royse City. She is survived by her sons, Bitsy Joe Mack and wife, Pamela of Sachse, Texas, Richard Curtis Mack of Royse City, Texas, Johnny Lee Mack and wife, Cindy of Celeste, Texas, and Tommy Gene Mack and wife, Debbie of Marble Falls, Texas; daughters, Martha Foreman and husband, Lee of Royse City, Texas, Catherine Pelton of Greenville, Texas, and Tammy Lynn Perkins of Bonham, Texas; fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; brother, Truett Green and wife, Carol of Balch Springs, Texas; sisters, Joy Fay Lovelady of Palestine and Wanda Mae Mulder of Dallas, Texas; half-sisters, Terry Owens of Monks Corner, North Carolina and Deborah Adams of Whitewright, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bitsy Mack in April of 1987, daughter, Debra Kay Shugart, also in 1987, two brothers, Bobby and Clyde Green, and half-sister, Melody Green. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 5, 2010, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Fitzhugh Cemetery in Forest Grove Community. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m., on Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
