Ginger Louise Kabel of Princeton, Texas passed away April 16, 2021 at the age of 69. She was born June 14, 1951 to Robert Isaac and Eleanor Louise Bales in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Ginger attended Perry High School in Perry, Oklahoma and then went on to attend University of Oklahoma. She married Terry D. Kabel in 1976. Ginger had the gift of helping people which she did through her volunteer work at the Red Cross Organization of Oklahoma. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Oklahoma Chapter. Ginger loved the outdoors and gardening, especially, herbs. She had a passion for amphibians, with frogs being her favorite! If you knew Ginger you loved Ginger! She enjoyed weekend trips to the ocean with her late husband, Terry. Ginger loved God, family and her friends.

She is survived by her father, Robert Bales of Princeton, Texas and his girlfriend, Linda Waddell of McKinney, Texas; sister, Sharon Phillips and husband, Roger of McKinney, Texas; brother, Robert Bales and wife Susan of Park City, Kansas; nephew, Ashley (Andra) Phillips of Dallas, Texas; niece, Alison Phillips Reinke (Jay) of Dallas, Texas; niece, Christina Bales Sporleder (Shannon) of McPherson, Kansas; nephew, Timothy Bales (Rebecca Rousch) of McPherson, Kansas; great niece and nephews, Campbell Phillips and Cooper Phillips of Dallas, Texas, Nathan Reinke, Joshua Reinke, and David Reinke of Dallas Tx. Joaquin Sporleder and Zane Sporleder of McPherson, Kansas, Hayden Strong and Gwendolyn Bales of McPherson, Kansas.

Gin was preceded in death by her mother, Eleanor Bales and her husband, Terry Kabel.
