Mrs. Geneva Dell Martin of Farmersville formerly of Blue Ridge, Texas passed away March 12, 2016 in McKinney, Texas. She was born January 19, 1927 to Elmer and Mattie Upchurch. She Married Clifford Martin March 23, 1944 in Blue Ridge and she was a homemaker and nurse’s aide. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Blue Ridge, Texas.
She is survived by her children; Kathy Weems of Anna, Texas; Joyce Rule and husband Melvin of Anna, Texas, Paula Jackson and husband James of Merit, Texas and son, Larry Martin and wife Jan of Farmersville, Texas. She also is survived by 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at the Hurst’s Fielder Baker Funeral Home in Farmersville, Texas with Bro. Ed Neal and Rev. John Foster officiating and interment will be in the Blue Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Monday evening at the Hurst’s Fielder Baker Funeral Home in Farmersville, Texas
