Gary Richard Suder, age 53, of McKinney, Texas, passed away on October 25, 2017. He was born May 15, 1964 to Richard James and Rita Mae (Bereis) Suder in Sacramento, California. Gary was a 1986 graduate of the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and he received his Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas. Gary started his career at Texas Instruments in the Defense Group working his way to Senior Engineering Fellow of the Space and Airborne Systems division of Raytheon. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, and vacationing with friends and family. He was an avid model builder and loved model railroading. He was a fun, kind, humble, thoughtful and patient husband, son, brother, uncle, friend and co-worker.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa (Cissy) St. John of McKinney, Texas; parents, Richard and Rita Suder of Denton, Texas; sister, Darlene Turner and husband Tom also of Denton, Texas; niece, Bailey Turner; nephews, Jace and Maxwell Turner; brother-in-law, Gary St. John and wife Diana of Virginia Beach, Virginia; nephews, Joshua and Carter St. John; brother-in-law, Bryan St. John of Dallas, Texas; many other loving relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway N., Allen, Texas 75013. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends during a visitation, being held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday evening, October 31, 2017 at the funeral home.
