Gail Whitfield Nethery, age 81, of Frisco, Texas, passed away on May 15, 2019. She was born on March 27, 1938, in Iuka, Mississippi, to Hazel (Fredrick) and R.B. Whitfield. Gail grew up and went to school in Memphis, Tennessee. Following her education, Gail was a CCIM broker and realtor. Throughout her lifetime, she worked in the hotel business in Texas and California, owned her own real estate agency, and worked for Ebby Halliday.
Gail is survived by her children, William R. Nethery II of New Orleans, Louisiana, and Allison Borchardt and her husband, Mack, of Frisco, Texas; her grandchildren, Alexa Borchardt and Mackenzie Borchardt; her aunt, Edith Sloan of Kentucky; and several nieces.
She was the coolest and most incredible woman any of us have ever known. She was our sunshine.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
