Franklin D. Palla of Plano, Texas passed away November 15, 2018 at the age of 85. He was born on March 3, 1933 to John Palla and Gardina (Lesikar) Palla in Seaton, Texas. Frank married Martha L. Stanford on July 18, 1959 in Georgetown, Texas. He served his country proudly in the United States Army. Frank worked as an Instrument Tech with Honeywell International, Inc. for 27 years.
He is survived by his son, Franklin Palla, Jr. and wife, Sara of Plano, Texas; daughters, Peggy Palla of Plano, Texas and Sharon Marples and husband, Jon of Allen, Texas; grandchildren, Ashley Novick and husband, David of Plano, Texas, Zach Palla of Plano, Texas, Ben Marples, Kyle Marples, Reese Marples all of Allen, Texas and Marshall Palla of Plano, Texas; sister-in-law, Martha Palla of Temple, Texas; and several other relatives and inlaws.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Martha L. Palla; granddaughter, Caleigh Madison Palla; brothers, Johnnie Palla and wife, Lorene, Eugene Palla, and Milton Palla and wife, Joyce.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013. Interment is to follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen. The family will receive friends during a visitation Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
