Mr. Francis Xavier “Frank” Callan, age 59, of Allen, Texas, passed away September 12, 2005, at his home. He was born October 23, 1945, in New York City, New York, to Francis J. and Catherine (Geraghty) Callan. He married Anne Regan in June 1966 in Cheshire, Connecticut. Mr. Callan served in the U.S. Army. He attended the Monterrey Language Institute and as a result was able to speak 7 foreign languages. He joined EDS in April 1971, retiring in 2002 after 31 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Anne Callan of Allen; children, Scott Callan of Atlanta, Georgia, and Meg Roswech and husband, Marc of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; grandchildren, Connor Callan of Atlanta and Brady Roswech of Highlands Ranch; brother, Craig G. Callan and wife, Marie of Bethesda, Maryland; and many cousins in Ireland and the United States. A private mass will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2005, at the All Saints Catholic Church, 5231 Meadowcreek Drive, Dallas, Texas, with Monsignor Thomas Cloherty officiating. Interment will be at Denver National Cemetery, Denver, Colorado.
