Frances Margaret Clancy

Frances Margaret Beacham Clancy went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 17, 2018, in Frisco, Texas. Frances was born February 3, 1917, in La Junta, Colorado to Frank and Emma Beacham.  Her childhood was spent in Newton, Kansas.  Frances attended the University of Kansas.  As a military wife, she traveled extensively with her husband and family, until settling in Falls Church, Virginia, where she lived until her husband’s death in 1991.  After her husband’s death, Francis relocated to Plano, Texas.  She was a faithful member of Fairfax Baptist Temple until her move and then of Canyon Creek Baptist Church in Richardson, Texas.  Frances had perfect pitch, loved music and sang in the Vienna Falls Sweet Adeline chorus, and in her church choirs.  Frances was also a member of the Eastern Star.

Frances is survived by her two sons, Robert and Jeff; her daughters-in-law Sue and Luz Clancy; her grandchildren, Stacey Rogers, Tiffany Reves, Jennifer Clancy, Jessica Clancy, Glenn Clancy; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan Rogers, Jarret Rogers, Caleb Reves, Logan Reves and Jasmine Clancy. Frances will join her husband in interment at Arlington National Cemetery.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in her name to the Prestonwood Pregnancy Center, 690 W Campbell Rd #150, Richardson, Texas 75080, (972)386-4015, PPC@Prestonwood.org.

Graveside service at Arlington National Cemetery will be Thursday, August 30, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., officiated by Pastor Todd Abbey.  Local service pending at a later date.
