Frances Louise (Newby) Price, age 85, of Celina, Texas, passed away on March 10, 2019, in Plano, Texas. She was born March 25, 1933, in McKinney, Texas, to Raymond and Lottie (Chapman) Newby. Frances married Delton Price on June 10, 1950, in Durant, Oklahoma.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Delton Price of Celina, Texas; children, Cindy Dorris and husband, Terry of Celina, Texas, and Debbie Cole and husband, Buddy of Celina, Texas; grandchildren, Shawna Mathews and husband, Tom of Celina, Texas, Kevin Cole and wife, Kristy of Allen, Texas, Tammy Atkins and husband, Jeff of Celina, Texas, Matthew Eaton of Vernon, Texas, Cheyenne Dorris, and Laramie Dorris; great-grandchildren, J.C. Atkins, Cole Atkins, Ethan Atkins, Trey Mathews, Michal Mathews, and Si Mathews; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Lottie (Chapman) Newby; and her sisters, Lucille Talley, Dorothy Milinoi, and Elizabeth James.
A visitation will be held at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 109 South Oklahoma, Celina, Texas 75009, on Thursday, March 14, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Redemption Fellowship, 322 West Walnut Street, Celina, Texas 75009, on Friday, March 15, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. with Bishop Buddy Cole officiating. Interment will follow at Cottage Hill Cemetery, Celina, Texas.
