Mrs. Frances T. DeVincentis, age 87 of McKinney, Texas formerly of Rochester, New York passed away on June 19, 2005 in Celina, Texas. She was born on November 15, 1917 in Batavia, New York to John and Rosina DeRose. She married Ralph P. DeVincentis on September 3, 1938 in Batavia, New York. Mrs. DeVincentis was a homemaker and a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Rochester, New York. She was a member of the Republican Club and American Legion Women’s Auxiliary in Rochester. She was a member of the NewComers and the Italian Club in McKinney. She is survived by her daughter, Ann Cardile of McKinney, Texas; son, Gerald DeVincentis and wife, Rebecca of Roswell, Georgia; grandchildren, David Cardile and wife, Allison of Bonham, Texas, John Cardile of McKinney, Texas, Dr. Timothy Cardile of Sulphur Springs, Texas, Jeffrey Cardile and wife, Genevieve of McKinney, Texas, Laura DeVincentis of Plano, Texas, Lisa Sampson and husband, Greg of Dacula, Georgia, and Tracy Sutter and husband, Christopher of Cartersville, Georgia; 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Josephine Gibble of Batavia, New York and Constance Scarson and husband, Ralph of Greece, New York; brothers, Jack DeRose of Rochester, New York and Carl DeRose of Buffalo, New York; and numerous other loving relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Mildred Muscarella; and son-in-law, Tom Cardile. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday June 21, 2005 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church. Visitations will be from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM, Monday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Interment will be at White Haven Cemetery in Fairport, New York. Memorials may be made in her name to St. Gabriel Catholic Church 110 St. Gabriel Way McKinney, Texas 75071.
