Eula Mae Bloodworth went home to be with her Lord on September 10, 2005 in Plano, Texas. Eula was born at home in Van Alstyne, Texas on July 28, 1923 to Lester and Martha (Burk) Jackson. Eula worked as an assembler lead at Fisher Controls in McKinney for over 20 years. Mother, Mama and Great Grandma we love you very much and you will be greatly missed. Isaiah 40:31 Eula loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren very much. She is survived by two daughters, Velma McHorse and husband, Sam of Plano, Texas and Alta Whitley of Van Alstyne, Texas; grandchildren, Bryan Nelson and wife, Teri of Plano, Texas, Cheryl Schulik and husband, Scott of Longview, Texas, Nancy Willis and husband, John of Melissa, Texas, Annette Cobb and husband, B.J. of Terrell, Texas, and Theron Whitley and wife, Janna of Van Alstyne, Texas; 10 great grandchildren; brother, Carlton Jackson of Hitchcock, Texas; sister, Oretha Roachel and husband, Mickey of Wilmer, Arkansas and several nieces and nephews. Eula was preceded in death by her parents; husband, T.L. Bloodworth; daughter, Martha Welch and sister, Juanita Litchford. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 13, 2005 in the First Baptist Church in Howe, Texas with Bro. Roger Tidwell and Scott Schulik officiating. Interment will follow at Pecan Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, Monday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
