Eric was a sweet soul and a good man. His love of his family was often in our conversations. He was kind hearted and a considerate person to many. We will miss him! Wishing you all peace that brings comfort; courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold his legacy in your hearts! Love and hugs to each of you, Kim Kim Sanchez Kee, July 18, 2021 For nearly 45 years, it was my honor and privilege to know Eric as a colleague and as a friend. Eric was among the smartest, and wisest, of the many people I met and worked with during my 4+ decades long career in the financial services industry. One of our employers summarized its values in three words: Intelligence, Intensity, and Integrity. Eric exemplified those values better than anyone else I knew. He thought deeply and comprehensively, he worked hard and he worked smart, and he unfailingly upheld the highest standard of personal integrity. My wife, Kathy, and I were also privileged to know Eric’s late wife Michal. She was a very special lady. While they grieve Eric’s passing, Eric and Michal’s children Terra and Gordon, should be very proud of their parents, and treasure their memories. The world is a better place because of Eric Pratt, and I am a better person because he was my friend and colleague. Owen Davis, July 18, 2021 We know the days ahead will be hard for the Pratt family. Alex, your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Kaitlyn always speaks so highly of Eric and how much he adored his family. Wishing you all comfort and peace in this very difficult time. Shawn, Kristy, and Natalie McFadden, July 15, 2021 My deepest condolences to the family Leon Potter The Associates/Citi Leon Potter, July 14, 2021 Eric Pratt was more than just my leader at Citigroup, he was my mentor, friend, and was like a dad to me when my own dad passed away! I worked for Eric for over a decade. Let me tell you he was one brilliant-minded man that i truly looked up to. I was such a kid, but he took me under his wing and taught me everything i needed to know about the industry. He was a quiet, private man until i would go into his office and say or do something to make him laugh. There are simply no words that will ever describe how exceptional, and kind he was. I will never forget all that he did for me, and my family. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to know such an awesome human being! You are gone Eric, but never forgotten. You will always hold a place in my heart! Rest In Power! Much love and respect! Porcha Jones Porcha Jones, July 14, 2021 Eric was a kind hearted man. When it came to our family he was always interested, and always talked about his children and grandchildren. He was very proud of his family and it was clear to see he loved them very much. We enjoyed conversations each time we were outside at the mailbox, walking the dogs or just happen to be outside at the same time. He knew our children by name and was always so interested in their lives and how they were doing. We moved to Oakbend Estates in 1996, so he watched our children grow up. He will truly be missed. Ken, Ruann, Ryan, Erinn and Landon Moody will always remember him, and appreciate the years we knew him.
