Eric James Barron

June 30, 1980 - July 24, 2005

Mr. Eric Barron, age 25 of Frisco, Texas, passed away July 24, 2005 in Tallahassee, Florida. He was born June 3, 1980 in St. Louis, Missouri to James and Elizabeth (Holley) Barron. Eric graduated from Plano East Senior High School in 1999 and attended St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Plano, TX. He was a student at Florida State University. Eric loved to travel. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was truly a free spirit. Survivors include his parents, James and Elizabeth Barron of Frisco, TX; sister, Erika Renee Barron of Dallas, TX; aunts, Rose Edwards, Susan Edwards, Venice Long Dovie Long and Myra Tansil; Uncles, George L. Holley, Stephen Edwards, Samuel Long, George Long, Charles Long; great-aunts, Beatrice First and Robbie Holley; special cousins, Ronald Williams, Stephen Williams, Amber Holley, Robert Holley, Fred McGinnis, Mark McGinnis, Lynn Wallace; two brothers that he never had, Adam Wright and Zeeshawn Yousuf; God-mother, Gwendolyn Cooper; and girlfriend, Amanda Simon of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Elizabeth Edwards and Hattie Long; grandfather, Warne Long; and uncle, George L. Holley Sr. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 30, 2005, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, Pastor Garrett Hawfitch officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM Friday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
