Mrs. Emma Pearl Holden, age 85, of Carrollton, Texas, passed away October 7, 2005, in Carrollton. She was born May 8, 1920, in Sherman, Texas, to Stephen and Flora Jones. On September 18, 1936, she married George A. Holden in Sherman. Mrs. Holden was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her sons, Richard A. Holden of Winnsboro, Texas, and Keith Holden of Sanger, Texas; 5 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Her husband, 2 brothers and 3 sisters preceded her in death. Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon, Sunday, October 9, 2005, at Wilson Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors.
