Elizabeth Pearl Simmons, a 40-year resident of Princeton, Texas was born on May 22, 1949 to Edith Howerton and Bert Alton Trent and met our Lord and Savior on May 6, 2022.
She is survived by her daughter, Edith Swiney (Richard) and sons, William Simmons (Saloma), Frank Simmons, Orval Simmons (Jackie), Thomas Simmons (Evie), Fred Simmons (Jessica), Walter Simmons and Lawrence Simmons. She had too many grandchildren and great grandchildren to name.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her mother, Edith Howerton, father, Bert Alton Trent and brother, John Trent.
Mom was cared for by Jackie for the last few years. In her last weeks, she was cared for by Edith and husband, Richard while in hospice care in their home. Mom was a loving and caring person and was hard-headed to the end.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Wilson Chapel Cemetery, 100 Chapel Lane, Lowry Crossing, Texas 75069.
