With wonderful memories of a wonderful aunt. She will be missed by all but she leaves us with fond memories of good times and many laughs. Bill & Kathy Purcell, December 10, 2016 What a woman. Trekking half-way across the country (thanks Barbara) at 91 years of age to see my mom in Atlanta. A wonderful treat for all of us here to have a chance to visit with her. She (as always) lit up the room with her smile. Sharp as a tack and as kind and loving as ever. I regret that I didn't see her more often over the years but cherish the times that I did. Rest in peace Aunt Edna. Tim Purcell, December 9, 2016 I love love love my sweet Aunt Edna and have so many wonderful memories of spending time with her and Uncle Jack - one of my all time favorite uncles ever!! He was a mess - and I always remember him yelling "Ednaaaa". Love that memory. I feel so blessed to have been part of the amazing Purcell clan, and I am so very happy to have seen Aunt Edna so recently. To John, Jackie and all of her much loved grandchildren, I know this is one of the hardest times you will face, but I do hope you will find comfort in the fact of her beautiful life. And you know how much she adored all of you. When we visited with her in September, most of our conversation was about all of you and how much she loved you and what you did for her. We will be thinking and praying for all of you on Friday and as the weeks go by. God bless and keep you and big hugs and kisses to all, Kathy Kathy Loveless , December 6, 2016 I met Edna when I lived at Parkview and stayed in touch with her thru the hairdresser at Parkview and Edna's friend at church. I visited her a few days after she moved to the Texan and she smiled when I walked in and when I left. She was a great lady and good friend. Betty Westbrook, December 6, 2016
