Earl Wayne Price

Earl W. Price, more lovingly known as Pa Paw Earl of Princeton, TX went home to meet his heavenly Father July 4, 2005 at the age of 84. He was a family man who loved his Savior Jesus Christ and he was able to share his testimony with all those he met in his daily activities of mowing and of plowing gardens and caring for other people. He leaves behind his wife of 62 years, Ida Fay Thomas Price. Their marriage was blessed with four children, 10 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. Daughter, Shelia & Michael Morrow of Princeton, daughter-in-law Cecilia McIlrath of Plano, sons Darrell & Karen Price of Princeton, Randy & Glenda Price of Princeton. His son Bobby W. Price is rejoicing today in heaven to see his earthly father. Grandchildren and great grandchildren: Amy Morrow Hearne of Princeton, Chris & Melanie Morrow & son Hudson of California, Jeremy & Allyson Price & daughters Mikaya & Darby of McKinney, Jody & Wendy Price, daughter Riley of McKinney, Justin Price of Plano & fiancée Toni Julian of Oklahoma, Brandon & Christy Price, daughters Mackenzie & Kelsey of California, Jason Price of Princeton, Kevin & Corey Price, sons Bobby Wayne and Austin of Colorado, Stacy & Christine Price, son Travis, daughter Hannah of Wylie, and Kyle & Tonya Price, son Curtis & Dylan & daughter Kyla of Princeton. He was proud of his service to his country during World War II. He was an active member of First Baptist Church Princeton. He leaves behind three brothers, Eugene Price of Arlington, TX, Royal & Hester Price of Muskogee, OK, and Shorty & Sherry Price of Muskogee, OK. Earl was the kind of man who never met a stranger as he rode around town on his lawn mower or tractor taking care of business. He touched so many lives within his community as he truly loved people and he loved to share his love for Jesus and his family. His smiling face and big bear hugs will be missed by all who knew him. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, July 7, 2005 at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
